I will be a part of the training team for DCPI Essentials which is a 3 day intensive for new and perspective church planters along with their teams. Essentials is the first of 5 training tracks, through which you and your team will experience Interactive, comprehensive, and cross-culturally relevant training. Every session will help you focus your passion on: Recognizing common land mines so you know things like how to maintain a healthy family, prepare yourself to battle spiritual oppression, build your team to last and know when to launch. The Show begins at 8:00pm Pacific time here in Southern California and you can listen live on the web @ http://www.aliveinchristradio.com. My interview will also be available on the 22nd through my blog. Tony and Lynn will be asking me about my book, “More Than Cake” and discussing Generational Leadership in the Church.

Tonight @ PCU, I am giving a talk on Sanctification & Perseverance. “Pathways Christian University (PCU)” is a church-based class designed to train believers and give them a strong theological foundation. Various topics will be covered that will give them an opportunity to develop their heart, soul and mind….and become more like Jesus. Our hope is that each member will personally grow in their knowledge of God and the Word AND grasp the calling to influence and lead others. Attenders learn God’s Word using the three-pronged approach of weekly homework, teaching by knowledgeable leaders and small group discussion.
